Part of Myanmar (Burma) Cyclone Appeal

Damage caused by Cyclone Nargis, Myanmar, 3 May 2008

The people of Myanmar urgently need your support.

Organise a fundraising event of your choice to help ActionAid reach thousands of the most vulnerable people such as children, women and the elderly with much-needed relief. We are on hand to provide event ideas if you are looking for inspiration.

Cyclone Nargis struck Myanmar (Burma) with incredible force. It has killed 134,000 and left an estimated 2.4 million homeless. People urgently need food, shelter, clean water and medical supplies.
