Part of Myanmar (Burma) Cyclone Appeal
The people of Myanmar urgently need your support.
Organise a fundraising event of your choice to help ActionAid reach thousands of the most vulnerable people such as children, women and the elderly with much-needed relief. We are on hand to provide event ideas if you are looking for inspiration.
Cyclone Nargis struck Myanmar (Burma) with incredible force. It has killed 134,000 and left an estimated 2.4 million homeless. People urgently need food, shelter, clean water and medical supplies.

The National Three Peaks challenge involves climbing the highest mountains in England, Scotland and Wales. These are Scafell Pike, Ben Nevis and Snowdon respectively.
My Message
This weekend, myself and three friends will attempt the three peaks challenge in support of The Nargis Cyclone Appeal (Burma). Please show me your support by donating to this worthy cause.
We are attempting to cover a total distance of 26miles on all three mountains.
Help, support, advice and basically your money will really be appreciated.

Total walking and climbing: 26 miles
Mountains: Ben Nevis (Scotland), Scaffel Pike (England) and Snowdon (Wales).
Itinerary (approximate times)
Saturday:
- Drive to Liverpool and stay for the night
Sunday:
- 04.00 - Leave Liverpool and Drive to the starting point of Ben Nevis – 6 hour drive
- 10.00 – Arrive at Ben Nevis
- 10.30 – Start Ben Nevis
- 3 hours climbing and 2.5 hours down
- 17.00 - Drive to Scafell Pike – 5.5 hours drive
- 23.00 - Arrival is at night therefore rest until day light
Monday
- 04.00 - Start Scafell Pike
- Climbing starts from Seathwaite Farm
- Approx 4.5 hours of walking
- 09.00 - Drive to Snowdon – 4.5 hours drive
- Start Snowdon at approx 14.30
- Approx 4 hours walking
- FINISH
