The highest point of the trip is 4600m which means however fit we are, and we're not too bad, will not matter we will suffer with altitude sickness in some way!! Within the 11 day trip only 4 days are treking but one special day will be to visit one of the ActionAid projects which is one of the things I am looking forward to.
