A gentle jog in the cold dusk air

This week I only have to do two by one mile runs and then a 24 mile run on Sunday. I am still experimenting with the insert, and with pilates to help with the sore right side and lower back. Who knows what will happen in a real live full blooded marathon. The long run will take me about six hours on a treadmill and I have two good DVD's lined up including Raging Bull and Chariots of Fire.
Liz came up with a good idea for drumming up support at our User event ( There should be at least 50 there).
I did the one mile in the nearly dark in the pathways close to my daughter's house with our dog Bertie. I came back to Baby Sam giving his Mum a real hard time with full on crying. He is a lovely baby and we had had a lovely family day.
