Oh no - 10 stone 5!

I seem to have put on about four pounds. Ok I have had a three day splurge of eating but heh I need the carbs! Oh dear I have had a danish pastry, cream, scone and fish and chips. Do you know it could be extra muscles and blood supply? Hah hah.
I ran five miles last night with three mile repeats. Gosh it was hard and my legs felt tired.
I plan to run 27 miles on Sunday - and that should be fun!
Fund raising is going well with the wonderful Liz and Tracey helping me. We are just short of 1200 pounds now.
I wonder how the team is going. There is less than a month to go. How exciting is that!
