Scary back problem

After Sundays bad experience I ran about five miles on the beach which was quite jolly really. I did three mile repeats and vaied the camber continuously which went well. There was no recurrenece of the thigh ITB pain but my back has been sore ever since. On Monday I am going to the physio and also have a biomechanical assessment at a podiatrist. How impressive is that?
I was tired today and have missed out the hill session today. I plan to do 13 miles on Sunday on the treadmill so lets hope my leg doesn't play up again.
As it stands I have a lot of work to do to raise the money and get in a fit state to run London 2009. I need to fight the sneaky voice that says I will be 64 and I am moving into walking stick territory.
