Learn about ActionAid's HIV / AIDS work first-hand as you visit project work and meet the children and communities whose lives you are helping to change.

My Message
Quigley has gone Quackers and decided to join the Mission Malawi team in a two week cycling adventure through Malawi and Mozambique in May 2010 - it's goodbye to takeaways, booze and fags and hello to spin classes, protein shakes and salads!! Please, please support me in this truly amazing event. The money I raise will go towards helping the many millions of people in Malawi whose lives have been devastated by HIV/AIDS.
