About me

HI we are Alex, Antoin and Phil , we are some of the guys from Recon.

We will be going to Malawi in 2010 and taking part in a 500km bike ride across Malawi and crossing over into Mozambique.

We will be following a route which circles the southern half of Lake Malawi. Cycling brings you close to the local people and you will soon understand why Malawi is called the 'Warm Heart of Africa'. You will visit ActionAid's work with HIV / AIDS and see the difference you are making to people's lives, first-hand.
