Sisters Natalie and Frances Murphy are taking on the challenge of the Great North Run half-marathon on October 5 to raise cash for Action Aid, a charity which aims to fight poverty around the world.
Natalie, 27, is a journalist at the Hull Daily Mail and Frances, 25, is a trainee management accountant who starts work with the NHS in a new job two weeks after the race.
