Travelling around the world in a Tuk Tuk, raising money & awareness for educational projects along the way.
My Message
Will Houston is our first official fundraiser running the Prague marathon. Our online donation service is just being finalised so please sponsor him here. ActionAid are our main charitable partner so all money will go to educational projects abroad.
Thanks!
A description of the main expedition is below, or have a look at our website: www.tuktuktravels.com
In September 2012 Rich, Sasha and Nick are going to give up their day jobs, hop into a Tuk Tuk in London and aim to travel around the world, through Europe, Africa, Asia, and North and South America.
There are 2 main aims.
1. Raise as much money for educational projects as they can in partnership with ActionAid. Which you can do by donating right here.
2. Break the Guiness World Record for distance travelled in a auto rickshaw.
On the way round we will be blogging and video blogging the trip, hoping to give you access to some of the educational problems and success stories from accross the globe via our 3 wheeled machine.
For now there are a few things you can do to help us...
1. Donate money to the charity right here. All money given by you will go to charity projects NOT to funding the trip. Money donated to ActionAid on this page will go to educational projects abroad- we will show you where the money is going!
2. Offer any skills or expertise.
3. Put us in touch with any contacts that might be able to aid us with sponsorship of the trip, of giving to the charity.
If you can help us in anyway then please email: info@tuktuktravels.com
Please also check out our website for more details about the charity.
