About me

I am a friend of Vicky Buchanan's from Newcastle and will be running the Jersey half marathon to raise money for Vicky's Water Project, the charity set up in her memory by her fiance, Adam.

Vicky was passionate about Africa and as part of her studies at university, she spent some time in Ethiopia. Vicky's Water Project aims to provide fresh water to over 20,000 people in Lera and Demala Town in Ethiopia.
