running london marathon for the fifth time for actionaid

hallo all. This is my fifth go at this little jog. I seem to be getting slower every year but this may have something to do with me doing less and less of what I am supposed to do before hand - like running a lot. I may well buck the trend this year as some of my friends say I am taking the p***.


Actionaid is really quite a good cause as they don't drive around in 4x4s, wearing sunglasses and giving grain to corrupt governments. They instead support many small communities all over the world, for instance helping become self-sufficient again after being exploited by whoever (usually us). Health, seed banks, water supplies education etc (read the pages).

It would be lovely if you could give some money, via my site. I give a bit myself so I hope you'll be generous despite the credit crunch.
