You may find it helpful to share your training tips with each on other. 

Do feel free to add your views, whether its on the best trainers you have found, the best tunes to get you moving, the exercise plan you have devised, the length of runs you are doing on training sessions, any injuries you have encountered or simply the treats you have given yourself in reward for your hard efforts.

I'm running a couple of times a week. Distance... about 10miles. Time... about 1hr 20mins.

It's going better than previous years. It's just the fundraising that's starting to frustrate.
