ActionAid is one of the UK's largest development charities. We are a unique partnership of people who are fighting for a world without poverty, in which every person can exercise their right to a life of dignity. We help millions of the poorest people in Africa, Asia and the Americas to gain rights to education, food, health care and shelter.
At ActionAid we take advantage of over 30 years of knowledge and experience in working to end poverty. We don't impose solutions, but work with communities over many years to strengthen their own efforts to throw off poverty.
Our vision is a world without poverty in which every person can exercise their right to a life of dignity.
