Hi, for all of those of you out there who know me and are not too surprised by deciding to take this fantastic opportunity to not only help action aid but to see the wonderful countryside, villages, mountains, temples of India in on a trek in November. Yes I am not the most energictic person and yes I will be staying in a tent something I haven't come close to for over 25 years since leaving the girl guides!
