Learn about ActionAid's HIV / AIDS work first-hand as you visit project work and meet the children and communities whose lives you are helping to change.

My Message
I know how much you would like to be there with us, but you can't, well not this time!
In the certain knowledge that the intrepid cyclists, including myself, will be suffering both physically and mentally during May 2010, that alone must be worth a few quid. Think of it as a contribution to my own personal discomfort.
The money will be going to help people help themselves in communities that do not have any of the facilities which we all take for granted.
So go on dig deep in those pockets and be proud to have made a difference.
