Thanks to everyone who held a Big School Dinner on Child Poverty Day. Thousands of you encouraged your colleagues to bring in their own
packed lunch and held a traditional school dinners - helping us raise £100,000 to support ActionAid's vital work.
Help to make sure children get the great childhood they deserve with lots of fun rather than hours of pain-staking labour for just a few pennies which dont even help to feed them sufficiently. Help make many children around the world smile once again. Help to make child poverty a thing of the past. Please, help.
My Message
Well Child Povert Day is very important and requires as much help and support from everyone as possible! The event is about being part of the UK's biggest celebreation of childhood and rasing vital funds to help millions of children across the world whose lives are ruined by poverty.
Every penny raised through events such as these will be used by ActionAid to help transform the lives of children living in poverty through education, healthcare and helping to fight for thier basic rights. By donating today, the money you give will be put to use and help these children as quickly and efficiently as possible Inshallah.
