Mission Malawi 4 is due to take place in 2010, departing London on 9th May for 3 weeks. It's a gruelling cycle ride along the shores of Lake Malawi, taking in 7 days in Mozambique.
My Message
So guys
This is a very big challenge for me. It's a gruelling cycle ride along the shores of lake Malawi and Mozambique - a of a feet for someone who hasn't been on a bike since he left school - seriously!
Now I begin the training, luckily for me I live in a warm climate and beautiful landscapes of Mt.Teide I have no excuse to get fit and fighting ready for the challenge ahead!
Friends who have been on previous Mission Malawi's have returned with inspiring stories of what a beautiful Country Malawi how friendly its people are. They come home with an amazing sense of achievement and well-being. It's a humbling experience and something they will never forget.
The money raised will help some of the many millions of people in Africa who are strugling to cope with the day to day effects of HIV / AIDS.
So please sponsor me as much as you possibly can ! - I will be donating a percentage of my sales from the Spa I own and selling homemade cookies and snacks so that I can reach and hopefully surpass my target of £3,200 !
