Solace's 5k Challenge!
Part of Adidas Women's Challenge 2008
A BIG THANK YOU to our 24 women who ran/walked for ActionAid in this popular event.
Despite an initial downpour in the early hours, the day was a great success with the rain holding off and a great atmoshpere as women of all ages and abilities geared up for the 5k.
19,000 women took part in London and we had 3 women take part in Liverpool and 1 in Birmingham.

My Message
In an attempt to leave my life of flapjacks behind and adopt a heathier lifestyle, I will be taking part in the Adidas 5k Women's Challenge on September 7th 2008! Clearly, I am not the fittest of individuals, however I do hope to make it to the end without passing out and raise a bit of money for ActionAid!
