I am running london marathon for the fifth time for actionaid

22nd April - 22.30pm

Hallo all.

Oh deary me.

This is my fifth go at this little jog. I seem to be getting slower every year but this may have something to do with me doing less and less of what I am supposed to do before hand - like running a lot. I have not bucked the trend this year.

This year I shall be wearing a top hat which I am making in a minute and will blame the wind resisitance on my slow speed.

Actionaid is really quite a good cause as they don't drive around in 4x4s, wearing sunglasses and giving grain to corrupt governments. They instead support many small communities all over the world, for instance helping become self-sufficient again after being exploited by whoever (usually us). Health, seed banks, water supplies education etc (read the pages).
